Passionate, caring and committed are just a few words to describe our Executive Director Sandy Lown. Just spend a few minutes with her and you’ll quickly realize the enthusiasm she has for serving the young women and babies living in the Sioux Falls area. Her 29 years of experience and leadership have been the driving force behind the success of the Teddy Bear Den.

Kim brings not only a passion for serving others, but also lived experience as a mom who understands what it takes to raise healthy, thriving children. Her heart for helping families, along with her dedication to giving back through local nonprofits, makes her a perfect fit for the Den. We’re so grateful to have Kim sharing her time, compassion, and knowledge with the families we serve welcome to the team!
